ABSTRACT: This study investigates the profound influence of early childhood education (ECE) on fostering social justice and equity among young learners in Nigeria. The primary objective is to analyze how ECE programs contribute to shaping equitable attitudes and behaviors from an early age. Utilizing a survey research design, this study aims to gather comprehensive data from parents, educators, and educational policymakers across various states in Nigeria. The sample size of 230, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures statistical reliability and represents a diverse demographic. A case study approach will focus on a state with significant socio-economic diversity, examining multiple ECE institutions. The reliability coefficient score of 0.89 be computed to ensure data consistency and validity. Findings explored correlations between early educational experiences and social justice outcomes, providing insights into effective practices. Recommendations emphasized policy adjustments and educational strategies to enhance equity through early childhood education.
